2-Min High Protein, Choc Chip Mug Cake

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 15g oat flour
- 15g vegan vanilla protein
- 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- Chocolate Chips
Wet Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp of almond milk
- 1⁄2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- (optional) – 1 tbsp of honey/maple syrup
Directions
- Grease a ramekin/microwave safe mug with olive oil
- Using a fork, mix mashed banana, egg, almond milk and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
- Add in the dry ingredients, continue to mix until there are no lumps of flour
- Top with chocolate chips
- Place in the microwave for 2, 30 seconds interval at (800W-1000W). Or until cooked in the centre.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or yoghurt ! And Enjoy !
