Chia Seed Pudding Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- 30g / 3 tbsp chia seed
- 120ml / 1⁄2 cup almond milk
- 1⁄4 tsp of cinnamon
- (optional) 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- (optional) 1 tbsp of maple syrup/honey
- Toppings:
- 1⁄4 cup berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (almond/peanut)
- 3 tbsp of your favorite granola (find the recipe here!)
Direction
- Mix chia seed, plant based milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup & cinnamon in a jar. Mix well !
- Let it sit overnight in the fridge or for at least 4 hours
- Serve chia seed pudding with berries, nut butter of choice and homemade granola !
