Chia Seed Pudding Breakfast Bowl

Chia puddings are one of my breakfast staple! It’s so easy to make and the topping options are endless! For this recipe, I love the flavor combination of creamy almond butter and chia pudding mixed with fresh strawberries and crunchy granola. So delicious and great for meal prep! Prep this recipe at the start of the week for a grab and go breakfast in the morning !

Chia Seed Pudding Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
  • 30g / 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 120ml / 1⁄2 cup almond milk
  • 1⁄4 tsp of cinnamon
  • (optional) 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • (optional) 1 tbsp of maple syrup/honey
  • Toppings:
    • 1⁄4 cup berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry)
    • 1 tbsp nut butter (almond/peanut)
    • 3 tbsp of your favorite granola (find the recipe here!)
Direction
  1. Mix chia seed, plant based milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup & cinnamon in a jar. Mix well !
  2. Let it sit overnight in the fridge or for at least 4 hours
  3. Serve chia seed pudding with berries, nut butter of choice and homemade granola !
