Kimchi Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- 1 slice of sourdough bread
- 1 Egg
- 1⁄4 cup of kimchi, chopped
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tbsp of chopped green onions
Directions
- Toast the sourdough in a toaster until golden brown
- Chop the kimchi into bitesize pieces.
- Add olive oil to a pan on low-medium heath. Add the kimchi and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Set aside
- On the same pan, crack the egg and cover the pan with a lid for 3-4 minutes.
- To serve, add kimchi on top of toast followed by the sunny side up egg, green onions + salt.
