Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate vegan protein powder
- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup dark chocolate chips (I used sugar free one from [Lakanto].
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined
- Scoop ~1 tbsp of mixture, roll into balls and repeat until the mixture is finished
- Store in a container in your fridge (Consume within 7 days!)
