Sweet & Savory Brunch Plate

Ingredients
  • 1 Banana Protein Pancake
    [Recipe here!]
  • 1 egg, 1 egg white
  • 1 slice of wholewheat toast
  • 1⁄4 avocado
  • Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning (or salt and pepper is fine!)
  • Berries
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
Directions
Omelette
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil to the pan.
  3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Gently fold one side of the omelette over the other, creating a half-moon shape.
  5. Flip the eggs and cook for an additional minute until fully cooked.
Avocado Toast
  1. Toast the bread in the toaster
  2. In a small bowl smash the avocado until smooth
  3. Spread avocado smash on toast, top with everything but the bagel seasoning.
