Ingredients
- 1 Banana Protein Pancake
[Recipe here!] - 1 egg, 1 egg white
- 1 slice of wholewheat toast
- 1⁄4 avocado
- Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning (or salt and pepper is fine!)
- Berries
- 1 tsp of olive oil
Directions
Omelette
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil to the pan.
- Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold one side of the omelette over the other, creating a half-moon shape.
- Flip the eggs and cook for an additional minute until fully cooked.
Avocado Toast
- Toast the bread in the toaster
- In a small bowl smash the avocado until smooth
- Spread avocado smash on toast, top with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Protein Pancake
To Serve
- Place the eggs, avocado toast and protein pancakes topped with berries on a serving plate
- Enjoy !
